- Feb 1, 2012 I have been seeing Dr. Levinson for 10 years now. He is one of the reasons why I am now working on my 10th marathon. I'd been an avid runner for a while. I started to develop a pain in my hip that prevented me from running. This made me very sad. I'd been to see multiple doctors for this pain. The final doctor I went to was an orthopedic who told me that I should never run again. I knew this couldn't be the end of my running career; I was in my early 30's! I came to Dr. Levinson as a last resort. Within 1 month I was running a few miles; within 1 year I did my first marathon, Big Sur. I call Dr. Levinson my miracle worker.
