- Feb 21, 2012 Brought my laptop into BenchTech on Monday at 6:00 pm, and was able to pick it up the next day. Ben completely wiped out, and restored my computer. Also updated my computer to Windows 7, and added a virus protection for me as well. Can not beat the price, or service. I will only take my computer to BenchTech from now on, and I highly recommend others do as well. Best service around, thank you Ben!!

- Jan 9, 2012 My Grandson dropped his laptop and ended up with a black screen. I'm a retired IT Tech but have very little knowledge of laptops but I didn't think it could be replaird. I went to Bench Tech actually looking for a used one. They had me bring the broken one in and not only fixed it but showed me exactly what they did, VERY friendly, courteous, and helpful I woulfn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!

- Oct 18, 2011 I brought in my sons old, slow desktop to be wiped out and restored to manufacturers settings. BenchTech was able to do this for me with same day service and for the cheapest price around. Ben also added virus protection for me at no additional charge. In my opinion, the computer works better now than it did when it was brand new. I also use my laptop on a daily basis and when it 'breaks' (I think I have 2 with viruses and 1 that won't turn on) I usually just go out and buy a new one. I now have 3 laptops that I will be bringing to BenchTech to be repaired....I have a feeling I won't have to buy a new laptop for a long time...lol
