After buying numerous vehicles over the years this has got to be one of the best experiences i have had when buying a new vehicle. - Jan 3, 2012 I bought a used car from Nelson Eckhardt and his team from West-Herr Chevy. I received nothing but exceptional service from Nelson and his West-Herr team. This was 2 years ago and the car is still running like the day I bought the vehicle. I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service.
- Dec 8, 2011 I leased a new 2011 Chevy Equinox in June 2011 from Nelson Eckhardt at West-Herr Chevy in Hamburg. Although this is a bit smaller than my '08 Trailblazer, I am extremely pleased with this vehicle--it handles beautifully and I love all the "perks" that my Trailblazer did not have. We have been purchasing vehicles from Nelson Eckhardt since sometime in the 1980's & I strongly recommend him to anyone! - Nov 18, 2011 I just purchased a used 08 Chrysler Town and Country from West Herr Chevy in Hamburg NY. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. My sales person Chris Haug helped me every step without being pushy and actually found me the best vehicle at the lowest price available for that vehicle. I searched and searched but Chris found me a vehicle that was 5 grand less than any on the market within 50 miles. After we made our decision it got even easier with all Chris's help.
