- Jan 3, 2012 On a recent service of my 4WD tranny during the busy holiday season the guys at DMC Transmission performed a great service for less than I thought I'd have to pay. The work was done quickly and Randy kept me posted on its progress. Thanks guys for the great service and I'd gladly return.
- Apr 28, 2011 My first time experience was perfect, their team Leader Randy and owner Donny treated me and my car with respect, I live in Camarillo so it is a little out of my way, But for me knowing that my transmission is being serviced by the best in the ventura county gives me great peace of mind. I am recommending DMC transmission to my family and friends.
- Apr 15, 2011 I moved to a different part of town and was looking for a mechanic close by. I am so glad I went to DMC. I am a woman and I like to find a mechanic I feel I can trust, and this place is it! Rather than fixing my car to keep me in it until I needed a new transmission (Which will be soon indeed) they recommended it might be time for a new car as things were about to get very expensive. I received phenomenal customer service before I even spent a dime. I will definitely be taking my new car there for anything it might need!
- Oct 18, 2010 Great 1st time experience! It was time again for a regular oil change, but I had forgotten to make an appointment with my regular mechanic, so I decided to try DMC. when I went in I asked if they had time to do an oil change for me and the gentleman told me he could if I left the car with him for about an hour. Since I didn't wan to rush them I asked if it would be better to come back in an hour, and he replied "actually we can get you in right now." Great fast service, before I left they made sure there was no grease anywhere in the car. Clean well organized shop professional mechanics one of the best experiences I've ever had.
