- Feb 14, 2012 DICK-2/12/2012 John did a great job in my 32000 Sq ft home. Very professional and very careful! Would recommend him to anyone who want great service and a reasonable price. Nice to see there are still people like John who care about their work!
- Feb 12, 2012 THIS GUY DEFINITELY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING!!! !! John is knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to explain to you what is going on. All you have to do is call and talk to him to see that this guy has obviously been doing this for awhile... He went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with the job he did and the price was fair. He seemed very honest and trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone (including family & friends). GREAT SERVICE! A+!
- Feb 10, 2012 I recently had the dryer vent cleaned by John, the Duct Man. John was very diligent in his work. He even took apart the dryer to clean out the gunk from it. He hauled in all his equipment, but was very careful in scratching or staining the laminate flooring or the walls along the narrow hallway. He wore covers on his shoes while inside the house. Most importantly, he did a fantastic job of cleaning out the dryer vent. The dryer was taking 3-4 cycles to dry one load of clothes. Now it takes one cycle like as if was brand new. I had called several duct/vent cleaning companies. John was close to the lowest price quoted by them. Several of them were over 60-80% of what John charged. I have no problem recommending John for all your duct/vent cleaning. He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable and very competitively priced.

WOW!!!! INCREDIBLY AWESOME! John Frey was on time, courteous, personable, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and went the extra 200 to get the job done. John explained everything as he did it, showed us the result of what was done, and even made all repairs to fix the vent pipe/hood on the roof that the original builder/vendors had left closed up and not even half done. By the way all that extra was for NO EXTRA CHARGE, we paid what was originally quoted, plus parts that I wanted changed out at a cost of only $5.00 extra. Extremely fair pricing. Additionally, we found that the dryer vent duct. the house was built in 1993, had never been cleaned out....we could have easily had a huge house fire had we not called John. We have a new dryer, 1-yr old, that was running atleast an extra half cycle or more to get our clothes dry, definitely not energy ...
- Dec 20, 2011 John is old school - Do it well, do it right, be helpful and courteous. He cleaned my very clogged duct from the roof and from inside and vacuumed out every inch of my dryer and the surrounding area. I could not be more pleased, and I won't wait as long for the next cleaning, you can be sure. I highly recommend that you use The Duct Man...worth the very reasonable fee for sure! I would not hesitate to hire John again.
