- Jan 28, 2012 I have been going to John for the past two years and they are fantastic,honest and caring. We have three cars that they service and we have referred all our family and friends to him, everyone has been happy with their results. I will continue to go to Hye Tech Auto for any repairs we need.
- Jan 22, 2012 They did what I asked them to do, but it took almost two weeks when they said it would only take 3 days. then when I started up the car to leave from the shop, there was a rattling noise which they tried to tell me was already there before I took it to them. i'm not deaf i would have heard the loud rattling noise before. after haggling with them about it they fixed it. only a couple weeks later I started hearing a different kind of rattle at low rpms, figured out that the hinge bolt holding the alternator on was not tightened so I had to spend an hour fixing that myself, which wouldn't have been necessary if they had done thorough work. they didn't destroy my car but i wouldn't go back there again and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone. AND HONESTLY, ALL OF THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS LOOK PRETTY FAKE AND ARE PROBABLY WRITTEN BY THE OWNER and in response to the reply that the owner made: somebody would have to be stupid to believe that these 5 star reviews are real. there's a reason ...
- Jan 20, 2012 They are honest mechanics who know what they are doing. I had various problems with my 2000 BMW 740iL, and they solved every problem fast, quick and affordable. They explained in detail the cause of the problems I was having and how they would fix it. It feels good to know I can count on them . Thanks to them my car is running great!! See you at 114000 miles for my oil change =)

- Sep 27, 2011 Very honest and great prices, John explained everything to me and showed me pictures of the actual repair they did on my car. I have never had a mechanic show me pictures before. Being a female I am very defensive with mechanics but for some reason I was very satisfied and felt very comfortable with John. I am very happy to have found them and will refer all my family and friends. They are kind of hidden next to rent a wheel in covina but look for them and find them you will be glad you did.
