- 9 months ago I had a great experience here. I reset my wife's wedding ring and it turned out FANTASTIC. Service was great, price was great. Highly recommend seeing Janet...I will be returning.
- a year ago Friendly People; Efficient and Well Priced I went by the store this morning on my way to work to have a number of pieces repaired. The woman running the store was incredibly friendly and kind. She offered me trade in value on a necklace clasp that had broken and then replaced it on the spot! Highly recommend this store.
- a year ago AMAZING SERVICE!! I went into J Rothstein & Co the other day with my grandfather's ring. It's an older ring which needed some repair. Janet was extremely helpful. I felt very good leaving this precious family heirloom in her possession. She even appraised the ring for me. I felt so comfortable with her that I showed her the chain I've been wearing around my neck since I was a little boy. She even took the clasp off of the chain and polished it for me at no charge! I highly recommend J Rothstein & Co. In this day and age where most other business's customer service seems to be at an all time low, Janet and the rest of the J Rothstein & Co. treat you like a member of their family.

- 2 years ago Great Service! I read the great reviews of J Rothstein & Co, so I decided to come here to replace a screw backing on my diamond earring and get my engagement ring shined. They are very nice and extremely quick in their turnaround! I dropped my jewelry off one day and it was ready the next. My ring was originally purchased downtown at another great place, but they were too far and actually more expensive - only $10 to get my ring re-plated here! I would highly recommend J Rothstein & Co to all my friends.
