- Feb 21, 2012 I've probably been with Joshuas about 4 years + now. I don't even think about leaving or pricing out the competition. These people are so thorough and competent that we are issue free of any problems. Mark V has been our serviceman for several times and he is not only competent, but super friendly and concerned if we have any issues. Whatever technician I've gotten though is the best. Great outfit!
