- Oct 11, 2011 Mad Area Driving School completely failed to provide me with any service whatsoever. First, I tried to contact them by email, but all they would reply is that I needed to call them. If they won't help customers by email, why do they publish an email address on their website? So I took the extra time out of my day to call them, and we scheduled an appointment for an instructor to pick me up for a driving lesson. When the time came around for the lesson, I was standing at my living room window looking out over the street, waiting. Twenty minutes later, when there was still no sign of them, I called for an ETA, thinking maybe they were running late. No one answered their office phone, so I had to leave a message. They never showed up, nor called for directions, nor made any attempt to contact me. I didn't hear anything back at all until the end of the following day, after normal business hours. By this point I had given up on them and already scheduled lessons through another company, so I didn't want to ...
- Mar 4, 2011 SUPER SCHOOL!! I was so pleased with the school and as a female teen from another country I found they were very receptive of my needs. I was taken home after the classes which made it very convenient for my parents do not drive. I was taught by a teacher that knew what he was doing for I was also nervous and he made me feel comfortable from day one. I learned much faster and now feel very confident. I was able to get my license on the first try and I no one to thank but the helpful teachers at Mad-Area Driving School. Thanks again...
- Mar 4, 2011 Teacher was very dedicated to helping me learn. I felt he was concerned about me learning to drive the right way. I was taught defensive techniques and feel very confident with my driving. What a great experience...
- Oct 5, 2009 Dont waste your time or money Nothing but bad experience. class room instructor was boring. Difficulty scheduling behind the wheel. Couldn't reach someone by phone. Leave messages and no return call. Person on line would not have schedule or be out of town and say to call back another day. Behind the wheel instructors would not only arrive late, but finish early. Would drive student to their home, to the store to buy food, have to use the bathroom and be gone for 20mins, eat in the car, play the radio and talk on cell phone when they should be teaching. Instead of helping student would be annoyed and angry when needing help. Parents:STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
- Jun 21, 2009 Worst ever... Big waste of time I completely agree with the other reviewer, the instructors don't take interest in teaching you the techniques they are more interested in passing an hour to make 45 bucks. Took couple of lessons but did not learn a dime had to reschedule the test appointment and ultimately had to go to another school. This school is a waste of time and money in my experience!!
