- a month ago First of all can anyone tell me if there is a Mike. Cause everytime i asked to speak to the owner all i ever get is he never talks to people. Msg after msg I leave for him but no response. Andy seems like a nice guy but unfortunately useless when it comes to getting information such as when will my part arrive. After 3.5 weeks o waiting for the part its determined the warehouse they work with sent the wrong part. Asking when will the correct part come in, the answer was "Dont know" What kind of business is this. I call it monkey business. How they survived this long in the business is beyond me. But given a choice I would never work with them again.
- a month ago Patrick from Mike's Workshop just left after installing my 1973 GE dryer and it works quieter than before. Several years ago, Patrick also repaired my 1973 GE washer. Two months ago Andy from Mike's repaired my over-the-range microwave/convection. I am confident my appliances are like new. I want to express our appreciation for appliance repair jobs done well. The service was prompt and courteous. The technicians are very friendly. I feel Mike's is a very honest and reputable workshop. It is the only place I have called and will call again in the future.

- 2 months ago My first experience with Mike's Workshop was so many years ago, I can't remember. I was immediately impressed by the 'old small business' feel - the friendliness - the honesty! I am SO GLAD I found this treasure of a business back then, and that I kept their business card all these years. They are the first business I think of calling when I have a need for this kind of work. I could say sooooo much more, but I think I'm supposed to keep this brief. ; )
- 5 months ago Our experience has been very good. Scott was informative and very friendly. He's definitely a good representative for your company. If anyone I know has a problem, I would highly recommend Mikes Workshop to help them. 5 Stars!
