I have been a Mooers Volvo Midlothian customer since 2004 and am now on my second XC90. Not only is the product fantastic, the service is phenomenal. My first experience there was with Tom, who is in sales. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and in the two cars we have purchased, he has been fair in terms of the pricing. Mark, who schedules my service appointments, has been amazing in terms of helping me get service when I need it, even if last minute sometimes. Once I called him from Pennsylvania when we were out of town and having a car problem, and Mark found a Volvo dealership near us, arranged for us to go there immediately, and everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Kenny, the Volvo mechanic who maintains the car, has given me solid advice and helped me prioritize what needs to be done. I know relatively little about cars so having someone I can trust whom I know will not take advantage of me has been a relief and a pleasure. - Dec 14, 2011 With past Dealerships I have had LOTS of concern about TRUST, with Moore's I feel very good about my 2 experiences with the service department. Very helpful when asked question without feeling like I was being pushed to do something I didn't want or need. TRUST is very important to me and so far I feel like I can TRUST Moore's
