- Aug 2, 2011 My husband and I recently held our rehearsal dinner here-- it was a phenomenal success. My husband's parents planned most of the event (hosting about 25 people for dinner, with an 20 additional guests for drinks after dinner) via phone and email, as they live several hundred miles away and had only good things to say about the process. The food was excellent, the signature cocktail (something we've thus far found only in an upscale bar in New Orleans) was perfect, and fortunately the late July weather cooperated enough for us to enjoy a festive night out on their covered patio. They even picked us up from the church rehearsal in the Nighttown Limo with a bottle of champagne and a smile!
- Jul 7, 2011 GREAT place for live jazz in Cleveland!!! You're not going to find a venue that gets better performers. That being said the food is really not very good. There's a bunch of much better restaurants around the club that I would recommend getting dinner at first. The drinks are good but very pricey.
- Apr 24, 2011 Service is absolutely terrible. I tend to go later in the evening after the shows are over with a few friends for a late night meal and the past 2 times we were there the service was horrible. The first time our waitress came to our table twice and then went home without even saying a word to us. The other employees had no idea she left and we had to ask for service. The 2nd time we were there was last night and we had to wait 45 min for our food at which our waiter was never seen during this wait, and the table next to us received their food 10 before us when they got there 20 min after us. I frequently eat out and I don't think I'll ever go back. Their food is amazing despite all this.
- Mar 22, 2011 We have been to Nighttown on many occasions and always seem to have the same problem. First and foremost the management. They have to be the most arrogant and rude management staff. We made a reservation for ten people then added another 6 a day or two later. When we arrived we were told that they did not have the other 6 people added. They refused to seat them saying they had no more room. Questioned us up and down about who we talked to, blah, blah, blah. The extra six had to leave!!! And management didn't care! Why should they, they had a full house. The one good thing was that our waiter was actually the best we've ever had. Usually they take forever to wait on you and then take forever to get your drinks and then your meal. And if there are two shows and you are at the first show and your food is not served with ample time before the second show, they will ...
