- Oct 5, 2010 Lacking efficiency and organzation I went through the entire process, which included 2-plus months of pride classes. It was only after the process, before my last interview when I complained about a no show appointment that their very own licensing representative supervisor. Kristen Miller in anger, with a condescending attitude stated she would not license me through her agency, and told me to find another agency. Little did she know that this was already under consideration after see the lack of response and attention given to their foster families. This agency is clearly for the profit, and not for helping foster children or the parents wanting to help. This explains why they have no other homes in Naperville that I could find after living here for 30-years.
