- 6 days ago Replaced my engine and now I have problems every other month that they refuse to fix. Worst customer service. Doesn't charge tax on cash with as some one said below is a federal offense. Probably going to have to sue pretty soon.

- 2 months ago First of all I have had a problem once there. A battery cable and the problem returned and at a battery place they told me often mechanics don't check the middle nodes and miss the problem so I had an $80.00 cable put in for nothing. Ok, that out of the way, free oil changes, free air in the tires, my last starter broke and they found a defect (they didn't put it in the previous owner had somewhere else) and pcs replaced it. They are fixing dents in my car now and they are overdue on time by two days but the price is for four spots where the last estimate we got was for only two. So yes sometimes PCS has some glitches but overall great prices. If you want a friendly customer service guy who is not a mechanic go somewhere else and pay twice as much.Just so you know. No other business gives as much to the community as PCS does to West Park so not only do they charge less but they give hundreds of thousands of dollars to local causes.
- 5 months ago I love PCS, no matter what is wrong with my car they are always able to fix it fast and at a reasonable price. They also offer loaner cars which have gotten me out of a bind multiple times, fair warning get there early so you can get one. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else.
