- 3 months ago Our first introduction to Priority Pest and owner Toby Lane was 3 years ago when we moved into our new home in Mt. Juliet, TN. Our community is new construction and will have over 1000 houses. We thought it made sense to our HOA to seek presentations and quotes for pest services so we interviewed 6 companies and invited 4 to make presentations to us. Priority Pest presented the most affordable price and offered to provide more services for that price (with no contract). An example was their willingness to treat our homes for Brown Recluse Spiders if we ever had that at no additional charge. - 5 months ago This company is a family operated business and they treat you like their family. I would recommend their business to anyone moving into the area or anyone who needs pest control. They are located right here in Mt Juliet, so check them out for the best pest busters in town. Margie Carrington
