- Oct 22, 2011 I would recomend sims plumbing to everyone. Late at night they came out repaired a leak. They was the only one who would even answer their phone.
- Oct 16, 2011 I called these people on a Saturday afternoon to fix my whirlpool bathtub as it was making a humming noise and wasn't working. The guy said that it didn't sound too good and that it was probably the motor. I was told that the visit would be free and that only if he had to cut open the panel he would charge me $78 and he would be there by 10:30-11am. The guy was running late (i had to call and ask when he was coming) he came around 11:45. Turned on the whirlpool, filled it up and just pressed the button 5-6 times and it was working. He charged me $83 (including tax) because according to him it wasn't working when he came but, working when he left. I told him your visit was suppose to be free but, he just kept repeating but, it is working now.....seriously i am not using them again.
- Jun 16, 2011 Great service, friendly, prompt, and very reasonable. I had a leak behind my toliet and had to shut the main water off. I called in the morning and Ken was at my house by mid day. I will use him again!
- Jun 10, 2011 Call a different plumber. I called this place at 7 am when my basement flooded from last nights rain. They said sure, we can fix it. We'll be there mid morning. I called them back at 11:00 to see where they were. Then they said they'd be here early afternoon. I would have appreciated a courtsey call at least. I doubt they'll show but we'll see.
- Nov 27, 2009 Good work and good service I hired Sims to install a basement bathroom. They did a great job and they kept the place clean even though they was removing cement and dirt. I found the service good and I will recomend them when ever possable
