- Jan 21, 2012 Services at it's best. Preemo provides emergency support for a few high-net worth individuals I work with. Their response is without question, the best I've seen yet. Not to mention they really know the technology well, and are able to provide effective solutions every time. I'm very happy to recommend Preemo to anyone who deals in a high risk IT environement.

- Oct 3, 2011 Not only did Ivan help me get a great laptop, but every time I have an issue with my computer - whether it be a small or big issue - Ivan is extremely attentive and helpful. My computer got a virus and he helped me fix the issue over the phone, as I do not live nearby! Ivan spent quite awhile trying to help me and I have not had a problem since! Thank you, Ivan!!!
- Sep 30, 2011 I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at preemo. I think that they were trying to take my money. I went in because my laptop was super slow and shutting off automatically. I was told that I needed a new motherboard, and the repair was going to be about $200. I decided on getting a second opinion and for $80 I had a virus removal and my laptop was cleaned up. I don't believe that the reviews on here are real and believe that they were preying on my desperation. I am glad I went somehwhere else.
- Sep 16, 2011 I was having some issues with my Mac and brought it in to Preemo for a repair. They were very professional and helpful. The problem was figured out rather quickly and for a small diagnostic fee. I left happy with the service I got and will definitely take my computer issues to them in the future.
