- Feb 3, 2012 Excellent experience with PCS for personal data recovery from a "dead" hard drive. Chris managed to get all the data back with a very reasonable turnaround time and extremely reasonable pricing for this service. I would certainly use PCS again and recommend them to others.

The first thing that impressed me was the Web site for the company and the testimonials from clients. I contacted the company and they replied immediately even though it was a holiday weekend. Very impressive. The extensive background experience of Chris and the service he provided was extremely professional and very affordable. The company guarantees no charges for labor if files are not recovered. I do not think you will find this type of guarantee anywhere else. I highly recommend working with this company no matter where you are located – it is an extremely professional company.

He worked hard to recover the files without having to resort to more expensive options, and kept me up to date on progress over the few days it took for successful recovery. Pricing for the effort was fair. Highly recommended!
