- Feb 14, 2012 Dishonest, shady car-salesmen. My husband and I went in this weekend to buy a car and when we got there we were helped by one salesmen, who after hearing my husband my have bad credit pawned us off to another salesmen. We actually watched him do nothing after he told us he was to busy to help. Then after we went through the entire credit process they actually let us test drive the car, after I had to ask. The salesmen we were working with kept telling us he didn't know what was going on, pretty disorganized, then when we got back from our test drive they said the banks were closed so they couldn't do our financing, still not answering any questions about the asking price of the car we wanted or even how much they were offering us for our trade. So I called back monday morning and when I called I got transferred around about ten times till I finally talked to yet another sales rep who said she would take care of finding out what was going on. - Jan 9, 2012 Don Adams was very helpful when purchasing my MKS. They had the car I wanted with the exact features. I called Don telling him that I was planning to fly to Utah to look at the car. He confirmed all the information about the car over the phone prior to my booking a ticket. When I showed up to look at the car, it was (thankfully) exactly as promised. I did like their standard policy of providing a full tank of gas for all cars. I never like to negotiate for cars (which is odd since I'm in our sales department). The process seems archaic as they ask you to give a price on a used car (being reluctant to offer a price). However, every dealer seems to do this. Don made this about as painless as it could have been. I was looking for a used MKS and they had a competitive Internet price. If you are buying a car, be sure to look at their Internet price prior to negotiating. I would recommend Riverton Chevrolet as one of the better dealers that I have worked with and I would have no hesitation in going back there. Ask for Don ...

- Jan 1, 2012 Let me first start by saying, "OUT STANDING!" The people here at Riverton Chevrolet are great. Especially Dave Lee, my salesman! Due to situations which are beyond my control, my credit rating was not the greatest and Dave went way above and beyond what can be expected to help me out. Dave spent all day working to get me qualified and make the deal I wanted go through. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable during the car buying process. Everyone I spoke with was more than willing to assist in any way they could; Susie, Phil, Steve, Chuck, but especially Dave. All I can say is THANK YOU! When I am ready to buy another vehicle, I will not hesitate to come back and purchase from Riverton ...
