- Feb 19, 2012 After moving into a house that had several pets, my family and I were grateful for Samson's thorough air duct cleaning. (It's always interesting and a little scary to see what they find in the air ducts.) Samson was prompt, personable, and was more affordable than many of his competitors. Excellent work.
- Jan 24, 2012 Samson was able to get us scheduled quickly, arrived a bit early and did a great job on our carpets. No push for extras. He bid the job based on a complete cleaning which included vacuuming, spotting, cleaning, etc. His work was excellent. We'll be having him come back in the future.
- Jan 5, 2012 Samson went the extra mile to provide GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We needed to have our dryer vent cleaned and wanted it done as soon as possible. Not only did he work us in that very afternoon, he went beyond the realm of his normal duties to assist us in cleaning the interior portion of our vent. Samson was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely use Royalty Services in the future!!!
- Dec 2, 2011 I can't believe what a difference in the carpet. I knew the carpet was really bad because I have a live in horse his name is "Tank" our Great Dane. Our carpet is light in color and Tank's little black hair likes to collect around the molding. Even though I pride myself in having a clean house not an easy task. Royalty made it just like new. I will have them back again come spring. The carpet cleaner guy is very nice and very educated in what he does.
- Dec 2, 2011 We appreciated Royalty Steamers being ontime for the carpet cleaning service. We didn't get ALL THE UPSELL for different treatments (The Oh! This room doesn't qualify it will be much more!!!) The fact that they didn't dump all the dirty water in the gutter in front of our house. Just Good Quality and Hard Work with a good attitude! Carpets at the Smedleys BBQ in Bountiful came out Great!
