- Mar 1, 2012 I had some properties with Primary Residential Management and they went out of business. I went with RPM and they quickly contacted myI tenant and collected the back rent due. Everyone has been very responsive. I'm so glad I went with RPM.
- Feb 22, 2012 This company has been very good to work with. i had to get use to the accounting and being a landlord in general but they helped me with that transition. I have 2 single family homes and a 4 plex now that they manage and I would recommed them to anyone. They leased my properties very fast as well and deal with the tenants so i dont have to.
- Sep 12, 2011 NEGATIVE STARS is what I would give them!!!! They have been THE WORST property management that I have ever dealt with. We first moved in and there were cockroaches ALL OVER THE HOUSE! there was no refridgerator and the spare bedroom window did not lock. The first night our A/C went out and no one came to fix the problem until the following night. Still to this day we do not have a properly working refridgerator and a stove/oven that does not work. My only advice would be to keep looking at other realtors because these guys do NOT know what they are doing, nor do they know how to manage their company. They have little communication between eachother and the maint. manager is about as dumb as they get. GOOD LUCK!
- Jun 24, 2011 East Valley manages many single family homes for us. They have a great group of maintenance and leasing personnel. When we have more properties in the area, they will certainly manage them for us.
- Jun 3, 2011 I have been with RPM East Valley for over 4 years and it I can't say enough. They have handled some very difficult situations with two tenants in particular and I don't know how I would have handled it without them. Don't get me wrong they don't take away the headache of having to pay for expenses and repairs associated to my properties but I feel very confident in their ability to manage my properties. Thank You!
