- Jan 3, 2012 first time my girls dog was brought here i thought is sucked. The second time she brought it here now i know it sucks. They made her dog look like sh1t. they went ahead and shave her knots now she has bold spots. I could understand the reason why they would shave the knots but what i dont get is that the other parts of her body is all f#@kd up. They charged her $50 plus $10 to butcher her dog. wtef! shouldve read the reviews first.
- Dec 18, 2011 I could not agree with the first review more! ! I had my dogs groomed here today after a friend suggested it and i will NEVER, EVER go back!! My first issue is that, since it was my first visit, i assumed that they would need a confirmation of my vet records.. like any groomer -- terrible or otherwise -- and when i brought it up, they were like, no.. which is ridiculous to me... i wonder how many dogs they're grooming w/out proper vaccinations?! Petsmart won't even clip nails without shot records and i'd rate them the worst next to this place -- ha! and that's not even the worst of it -- it took them 5 hours because "we had 20 dogs and 6 cats to do today".. well, what are the chances they really cared for my doggies and 2, ever heard of being booked so that each dog/cat can get the proper time, attention and care?! and i had to send my one dog back to get fully shaved, and he came back with poop on his butt.. twice and then -- my other dog was returned to my care with a huge chunk of skin missing out of ...
- Aug 23, 2011 Holly and Ashley are the best! I would recommend this location to anyone! Ashley is the groomer at the rainbow location and she did an awesome job on my dogs and after having her groom them I wouldn't even think of going any where else! Holly is also at the rainbow location and is the nicest person I have ever met, they both make the store an awesome environment to be in. The other location not so much, the owner works that one and is not a very nice lady at all, Holly sent me to that location because she said they had a better selection of collars, I wasn't helped at all so I left.
- Jul 2, 2010 Great Store! I am surprised that the previous person had a bad experience. I have been taking my Charlie (Chocolate Cocker Spaniel) there for the past 7 months since the South Rainbow store opened and have had nothing but a great experience there. I also think that you can't always trust the other reviews either. I recommend this store to all my puppy loving friends!
Jun 26, 2010 Should not be in business! I went to here for grooming and the lady did a hack job on my maltese. How can you say you groom dogs and not know how to properly trim a maltese? I also know their puppies are from puppy mills because they don't know where their puppies come from. Their puppies are in poor condition and the store stinks really bad. I later on researched their store and found out they did not have a good reputation. The lousy way they run their business, I can tell you it doesn't take a genius to figure they won't be in business very long. I would never ever recommend this store to anyone. BEWARE OF THIS STORE, THEY ARE UNETHICAL. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.
