- Oct 13, 2011 In the Bucks and Montgomery county area, there are quite a few kitchen design companies with comparable prices and where the company falls short is in customer service and because of this, I would NOT recommend this company. Terrible customer service! Worked with Bill Hall who never....never returns a phone call. How are you able to build a dream kitchen when the guy never returns your call? Please, go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.
