My recent experience with Blake and Paula at Nationwide was truly refreshing in the usually less-than-honest world of auto repair. My Acura MDX was finally showing signs of the failure that is a know problem with that transmission. I took it to the local Acura dealer, who quoted me 4400.00 to replace the transmission without even looking at it. Paula at Nationwide arranged for a free initial check and then gave me a price to take the transmission out of the car to see exactly what it needed. We agreed on the repair estimate and a week later I got my car back, working perfectly. Blake, the owner, spent considerable time with me explaining how the transmission works and why it was failing and what it would take to get it back in shape. They even replaced some parts that were not included in the estimate, but they stuck to their price. The bill was 2854.00, exactly what the estimate was and that was some of the best money I have ever spent. It bought me peace of ... Show full review

Professional, honest and dedicated business. Blake and his crew were extremely friendly, helpful and up-front about what had to be done and what it would cost. They immediately contacted me when there was something unforeseen that required a change and there were no surprises when I went to pick it up -- imagine that in Fayetteville. They also alerted me to other potential problems that were not in their area of expertise and referred me to another business that could. I highly recommend this shop and plan to use them for all my vehicles' transmission maintenance and repairs.

I am a disable vet, whose only income is solely based on disability. My transmission completely failed (2004 Jeep Liberty), and a lot of places wanted to charge me just for them to plug it up to the computer and get diagnostic code and gave me a bill bigger then what I get a month in disability income from both the State and the V.A. I gave Nationwide transmission a call and the person who picked up was Mr. Blake, Owner of Nationwide transmission, he works directly with the customers on the front desk and in the shop, he heard me out with my situation. He does free diagnostic on the tranmission. FREE! Did not cost me a dime to have them figure out what was wrong with it, and he gave me a quote which is the cheapest in the state that you can find it, backed by his word as the owner. You will not find a single customer who did not talk to the owner Blake dealing with their transmission issues. He works fast, professional and finds EXACTLY what is wrong so you know for a fact you are not buying unnecessary parts that are not ... Show full review

Honest and trustworthy. I brought my 2002 Isuzu Rodeo here last week after hearing a sound coming from my transmission. Another shop in town said I needed a new transmission that would have cost me $1250! I decided to get a second opinion and brought my truck here. The same day Blake called and said your truck is ready, come and get it, oh and by the way it was only a loose bracket! The entire bill came to $40!!! What a relief to know I didn't have to sell one of my kids to come up with the $1250 the other people wanted to charge me when the problem was an easy cheap fix!! Thanks so much! I am telling everyone about this great place!

Great Experience Talk about great service!! I researched Better Business Bureau (BBB) for repairs and found Nationwide Transmission. I made an appointment online and 10 minutes later, after store hours might I add, I received a phone call from the owner! I explained my situation and he went above and beyond to retrieve my vehicle. His transmission diagnostic test pinpointed where we needed to go. He does nothing without the consent of the customer after his FREE test. My money situation was the hold up on having my vehichle repaired and Blake explained he would do everything he could to help and that he did!! My car was fixed in no time and I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the great service! Thank you would be an understatement!
