- a year ago Big corporate: what do you expect? Walgreens is fine. Just like any other huge company pharmacy is fine. I like this location because they usually have more of the Sinful Colors nail polish, which is a Walgreens brand I think? Anyhow, it's very cheap, but like some of the very expensive brands it is DBP free, which means a lot to me because that DBP stuff can cause cancer and reproductive problems. My point is: Walgreens as a company doesn't have to care about whether they put DBP in nail polish. Most people probably don't care or know one way or the other. The fact that they don't, makes me think they could be a more caring company. As a company policy they also don't charge tax on stop-smoking aids. I can't say anyone who makes a few dollars an hour could ever ruin my opinion of a store. If they wanted to make every customer happy they'd pay their workers a whole lot more. But for a few bucks an hour, I'd wouldn't give a crap either.
- 2 years ago Pretty good place they have a decent selection of things and such :) what really stood out for me was how helpful and kind the lady who worked in the make-up department was- she helped me pick out the right foundation that matched my skin tone perfectly and also gave me some coupons that really helped me save a ton of money.
