I'm not impressed anymore... | I used to be a big fan of Brooklyn South's pizza. While the pizza is still good, I recently went out on a limb and ordered an eggplant hero and a chicken parm hero. These sandwiches were some of the worst my husband and I have ever had (I thought it was only mine and didn't say anything so as to not spoil my husbands meal). Well, I didn't have to....he was the first one out with it. We could not believe just how awful these really were. In short, they were simply huge pieces of stale and crappy bread with a few pieces of eggplant/chicken both of which were really very bland in taste, very dry and darnright gross. If the sandwiches had been good, I would have still been disappointed with the amount of eggplant mine had in it. I'm talkin' MINUSCULE bits amongst a huge loaf of stale and awful bread. YUM!! | I'm from New York so I'm pretty picky about my pizza. Let me tell you prices are great and the pizza was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be a return customer. |
