I needed somone one quick to do my groom's cake when my first cake lady fell through. I was able to get a quick estimate online and talked to Jackie several times about it. She is so friendly and easy to work with. The cake she made for me had a sculpted piece on top that was perfect and could rival "Ace of Cakes" art work. Cakes and her buttercream icing (made with real butter) was delicious!
