I've eaten at Namaste a couple of times and have found the quality of food to be outstanding. They have a nice buffet for people looking to try several different Indian/Nepalese meals. They also have nice prices on their alcohol to ...

I say that because I haven't had dinner there yet. I have lunch there at least once a week with my husband or friends. We all love it! I usually avoid buffets because of food quality, but the lunch buffet is so fabulous at Namaste. They change it up a little every day and I see a lot of regulars coming in. It's $7.95 all you can eat! We enjoy eating out but still look for deals, and this is it! Plus, equal to the food is the service, outstanding and friendly. I almost forgot, the place is spotless and they use very nice cloth tablecloths and napkins. Its the perfect place for a business lunch or to treat yourself! « Hide

Their saag paneer is truly something special--freshest spinach, rich smoky flavor, tenderly delicious cheese. I routinely drive half an hour out of my way for take out of this amazing food, and it does not hurt that the proprietor calls me "sweetie" in the most angelic little voice every time I call. They also are not afraid to add spice if you ask for it, which is a quality I've found lacking in most other Denver-area Indian restaurants. The tastes here are a touch sweeter than you might expect--which suits me perfectly, but may not please everyone. Though I've never been to India, this is as good as any food I've had outside of Queens, New York. « Hide

After enjoying our favorite restaurant (India Grill) and runner-ups (Yak-N-Yeti and Little India, downtown Denver), we tried Namaste for lunch buffet. The food was okay, but nothing compared to the previously mentioned. Most of the curries had the same tomato-based gravies, and were not very flavorable, and the naan(?) was a bit dry. The only things to rave about was the pakora (tasty) and the cabbage dish. Other than that, not really impressed. Maybe we are just more familiar with Punjab-type Indian food, so if you are looking for that, I would not reccomend this place. « Hide

This is the best Indian food in Southwest Denver and the price is right. Every dish that I have had is great, and the cheese naan is the best I have ever had. Amazingly, there is never a wait. The service has always been great as well. ...

I lived in Northern California for 10 years, and Chicago for 5. I have been to many Indian restaurants. I can say there is nothing special about this place. It was overpriced. The atmosphere made me feel like I was in a hotel lobby ...
