My wife and I had dinner at Rasoi this week. The food was very nice, the waiter (owner?) was very courteous, the food was out very quickly (there were only three parties in the restaurant at the time though), and with just two entrees we had enough for dinner and took a sizable amount of leftovers home. The Baigan Bartha and the mango lassi were excellent! We will come back. « Hide

We have been Rasoi customers for about 10 years now, and still absolutely love it. The food is good (there's an occasional chewiness to lamb dishes but that's my only complaint), the prices reasonable, the service has always been impeccable. Both my husband and I love Indian cuisine and sample it regularly, at home and when traveling, and Rasoi compares very favorably with majority of Indian restaurants we have tried, both budget and expensive. Happy to have Rasoi in our neighborhood. « Hide

We had a party and I recomended this place. The food was horrible and the quantity was so less that we had to order again. Samosa was tasteless. They send 40 odd rass malai for an order of 35. Can you believe that! An adult is not even expected to eat 2 Rasmalai?? 25 Malai Koftas for 35 people....what were they expecting that thier food is so bad that no one would eat it?? Ofcourse I'd never recommend this place again to anyone. « Hide

My husband and I frequent Rasoi for the weekend buffet. Every week they make something different, unlike other Indian buffets where they stick to the same old dishes. The flavor and freshness of the food is always great and for two on the weekend, the buffet is a little over $20. We always leave full and very satisfied. Yummy! « Hide
