Good hotel for the money. The pros: nice swimming pool, quiet rooms, clean, 27 inch TV, friendly staff, good location. The cons: no Internet access in the rooms (you have to be in the lobby to get online), slow elevator, ...

The price was excellent as well as the service. Our room, 3rd floor, one king bed was perfect for our trip. All we needed was a place to lay our head for an afternoon nap and to sleep at night and shower in the morning. This ...

Found hotel coupon book with an almost unbelievable rate for this hotel and after reading some reviews we decided to give it a try. Stayed 2 nights at the Red Roof Inn and we were very impressed overall. Nice pool and spa - helpful and ...

First of all the room was filthy! Lamp shades were stained along with the carpet. My husband and I looked past this since the price was not very high. What really surprised us was that we woke up one morning with our vehichle INTENTIONALLY blocked in by an employee of the hotel..... as we approach our vehichle the employee indirectly insults my husband and our vehichle........ says we need to learn how to park! We avoid the confrontation and return to our room when we return to our vehichle we have coffee deliberatly thrown at our vechicle and the cup right beside our tires. The weekend continued with the RUDE employee indirectly harrassing us......... Please be aware of the gray Pathfinder at this hotel......... very unfriendly staff! We would not recommend this place for anyone! « Hide

We originally booked another motel which cost more per day and was listed as 1 1/2 stars. You can look up my other reviews to see how that went. The Red Roof Inn had an opening and we stayed here instead. It's the best for the value ...

For the price, I do not think a better deal will be found in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The hotel was conveniently located in Pigeon Forge. We were not in our rooms a ton, but the time we were there we had no major problems. ...

Our stay at this Red Roof Inn was better than expected. I booked on the Red Roof website and saved about $10. The hotel is in a great location near a traffic light for easy access on and off the parkway. There are several ...

The Red Roof Inn was not bad. It was less then one mile into Pigeon Forge from the North. It was at a light, so it was easy to get in and out. Room was very clean, we did not need extras, so can't comment on that. Pool and Hot Tub ...
