| I spent a week at the Hyatt Regency SF (as I have in the past) and received great service. Upon returning home I discovered I lacked a second page of the detailed receipt that is required for reimbursement. I had a deadline for filing it and called accounting yesterday and was assured it would be emailed to me within five minutes of the phone call. It did not come. This morning I faxed the full information using the fax number on the website and again expressed the urgency in receiving it today. I still did not hear anything. Tonight I called again and was told the individual would check on it and return my call. it has not happened. This is very disappointing in that I will not be reimbursed in this pay period and it will cost me big bucks. I don't know what else one can do get a simple task done. | Hotel is pretty, but there is nothing special about it. The staff is less than interested in assisting guests. Health club is nice and the equipment is relatively new. But, if you're traveling on business, internet access is miserable. Even with the hotel's "bridge" appliance (for which they took a ridiculous $250.00 deposit), I still could not get solid internet access. And, the price for all of this is pretty high. On my next trip to SFO, I'm going to stay elsewhere. « Hide |
