The room was beautiful: wide, big, clean, big TV....and also cheap. The nearest metro is 10 min walking far. But the overall location is very good. The National Mall is at few minutes from there, and you can find a CVS right next to the ...

We stayed here last summer for several days and were satisfied with the room for the price- it was clean and comfortably furnished, albeit somewhat dated. The kitchen, though sparsely equipped, was a benefit that saved time and money. ...

The staff was great upon arrival. The hotel had no AC. When I called to the front desk they said they turned it off and only could access the heat. I asked for a fan to be brought to my room and they brought me a box fan which for the size room did not help any. The windows would not even open more than an inch to let air in. I read how much everyone raved about this hotel thinking it would be a place to stay but much to my surprise it was nothing like that. I will not be returning to this place would much rather pay for somewhere else. I guess the saying you get what you pay for is correct. The room it self was nice. « Hide

I think they jacked the price due to the Marine Corp Marathon being held that weekend, which we were not participating in. However, they upgraded us to a Junior Suite, which was way more room than we needed. We were meeting family ...
