| I called an hour before my necessary departure time to order a taxi. I explained I was going to the airport to catch an international flight and I was assured my taxi would be at my door in 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes past, I called Diamond to find out the status of my cab....again I was assured a car will be arriving in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I receive a call from a driver who was 30 minutes away from me requesting directions to my house. ....These people don't care and will tell you anything just to get your business.
