| I was so pleased with the buffet I had today I had to write in. Homemade pickle, lovely food, great chai and lassi (not included). Moreover, the servers were very nice - one even encouraged me to try some of their wonderful dessert (from the buffet - not extra) called rasmalai (I think). He also noticed I wasn't feeling my best, and brought me chai to make me feel better. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would encourage you to try this reasonably priced restaurant with fresh and excellent food! « Hide |

| I go to a lot of Indian restaurants, and this one is by far my favorite. They have a very nice buffet with really, really good grilled chicken. They have very tasty chai tea in a pump thermos so you don't have to pay extra and can refill to your satisfaction. They have a great menu also if you like (the dosas are my favorite). As for service, I've never has a bad experience. The only complaint I have is that it's a little bit tight in there; the tables are close together. Enjoy! « Hide |

| We ate the lunch buffet this afternoon. The food is certainly tasty, however, the food is extremely heavy. Both my wife and I did not feel hungry for over 12 hours! We spent the whole day feeling stuffed and not feeling well in general. We have eaten Indian food in several places and we have never had such problems before. The food is very greasy/oily and certainly has a ton of MSG in it. « Hide |

| This was the second time I had had Indian food, but I went with a seasoned veteran of a friend to dinner, and we were both blown away. I'm not one for spicy foods, but everything was available in different heat ranges, with the standard ... |

| Incredibly rude service. We had a reservation for 8pm. We were seated shortly after 8, but the waiter took forever to take and bring our order. We got our food at perhaps 9 or 9:15. The food was good and we ate at a normal (even ... |

The decor did little to add to the atmosphere and the service was horrid on more than one occasion, even unacceptably so. From time of order to service on one particular ... |

True to its name, Kebab Factory has... - ArathiK4033 - Oct 10, 2008 | amazing kababs. They have an amazing variety of kababs which are authentic tasting and fresh. Their lunch buffet is worth every penny, and the dinner menu is pretty good too. Food is presented well. Bar is well stocked usually. Service is mediocre. ... |

| The best Indian food I have found in greater Boston. Dinners are moderately priced considering good portion size and excellent qualities. Cream sauces (kormas, tikka masalas) are especially well done. At lunch the buffet is superb and unbelievably cheap. Much better than inferior buffets costing 50% more. My father claims the chicken tikka is better than his mother's chicken fricasee. This is high praise indeed! (My father thinks he doesn't like Indian food.) « Hide |

A fancier take on Indian, Kebab Factory... - KellyA9787 - Oct 5, 2008 | likes to put their own spin on traditional dishes. My meal at Kebab Factory was the most adventurous Indian I've ever had, but it was definitely adventurous in a good way. Lots of vegetarian dishes, and tons of flavor. ... |
