| The VW dealership "could not reproduce" my window/door rattle since I bought the car in 2002. I brought it to Foreign Car Service to see what they could do, and they fixed it! I was impressed with their personal attention to my concerns, and their ability to diagnose and eliminate that infernal rattle!! « Hide |

| Took my car there twice. First time, fine but a little pricey. Second time, they charged me $600 to fix a check engine light. 2 days later, the light came back on and they wanted to charge me again to fix it. Also the 2nd time I took my car in, I asked them to look at 2 radio buttons that didn't work to see how expensive it would be to fix it. They went ahead and fixed the 2 buttons, but in the process broke 4 other buttons. When I asked them about it, they said their guy never touched the radio and they wouldn't fix it. I just lost my trust in them. « Hide |
