| I brought my Ford Focus there for repair after buying it from them. Not only did they stall for time by almost 2 weeks, the parts they charged me for & stated they put in were supposedly new. The car broke down right away. I then took it to a mechanic that I new to be honest. He showed me that all but 1 of the parts were used & that the other part was never even changed out. When I complained to the better business bureau, the manager from the service department sent a statement to them that was full of lies. I would advise that anyone who wants to get there car repaired to stay far away from Gaudin Ford. « Hide |

| DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! This place is awful! I took my van in for a repair and they broke the hood lever an will not fix it. The latch on the hood get stuck everyonce in a while and instead of opening it how i showed them they yanked it until it broke off. I have NEVER had a problem with other repair shops or lube centers doing this. When I took my van back I was treated very badly the guy who came out talked at me and would not listen but did say they could fix it if I payed for it. When I asked to speak to his manager he called her and told her is was already broken and whispered into the phone. When I met Lisa C. she asked me what was wrong and the guy spoke over me when I tried to explain it to her. Also she acted as if they were not responsible and didnt even act as if she wanted to get up and go look at the lever. Both people TALKED AT ME the whole time and refused to take responsability for the lever. This place is rude and treats people with little or no respect. I know that the hood would get stuck sometimes but it does not mean that they could just BREAK OFF PARTS of my vehicle and then try to charge me for it. I REPEAT THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF! « Hide |

| I recently had their service department run a diagnostic test for a check engine light in the vehicle. I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, but was forced to wait 25 minutes in my vehicle before an employee even acknowledged me. Took them all day to run the check (appointment was at 11AM), and had to call them at the end of the day for an update. Turns out that the fuel cap was faulty. Took them 2 full days to replace the cap and have the vehicle ready to go. To top it all off, I brought the vehicle in on a full tank of gas, and when I picked it up it was down to a half tank ... no joke (had been driven 11 miles since filling up). Will not do business with again. « Hide |

| My dad is a mechanic and usually does all of our work. He was out of town and asked me to call and get a price quote for parts. I called the parts department at Gaudin, and got the prices. When I told my dad the prices, he was very upset and said “That can't be right!”. He asked me to have a man call in and ask for the prices. When my friend called there was a SIGNIFICANT difference in the price quoted (and it was the same employee in the parts department he spoke with). We bought the NEW parts someplace else, at just a little less than half the price Gaudin Ford had quoted me (and still about 20% less than quoted my male friend) Women, beware. « Hide |
