| Definately not a family campground. We had to listen to rude annoying people and their music and singing until at least 3:30AM. Then they were up at 6 AM talking loudly. That was only the first night. The second night we had drunk people walking through our campsite - the Sheriff was called when a fight broke out (not with us - with another drunk campsite down from us). The sheriff told us that this was the normal routine for them. They were called at least once a week for this type of behavior. If you are going for family camping - I DO NOT recommend this place! « Hide |

| cheap, easy, fun as hell. Everybody got kinda drunk after the day of canoeing or whatever else people were up to. camps are very close together in main part of the camp, but if you don't mind partying it up with other folks that are camping that's ok. great time! :-D « Hide |

| We have been going to Mirabel for the past 3 years. From camping with my girlfriend to office camping weekends. Mirabel is quiet, beautiful with all the immense trees, birds and creek running alongside the campground. Amenities are kept clean, plenty of hot water for showers, flushable toilets etc. The russian river is within walking distance, burkes canoes is just a stones throw away if you are into canoeing. Mirabel also rents canoes and kayaks if your not into a full day of canoeing. Shirley the camp manager is fantastic and very welcoming to all. She keeps a little of everything in the office for sale at a reasonable price, from smores makings to propane canisters and wood for your campfire. Highly recommended!!!! « Hide |
