| I was ready to rip up every inch of carpet in my home and replace it with wood flooring. We have quality carpet, but soil and stains made me frustrated and embarrassed. We have used a number of companies, but after a few days and quite a bit of money -- the hard to remove stains would always reappear with the "other guys." I decided to try cleaning one more time and after reading all the reviews on Fibercare, I thought why not give it a shot... the last one. I am so glad I did. It has been almost a month since Emilio and Guillermo cleaned our carpets and they are still beautiful and the old stains haven't returned. I can't believe it! With Fibercare you get a custom clean, they evaluate your situation and go to work and do exactly what they promise. Emilio and Guillermo are not only professional, but a pleasure to have in your home. The wood flooring is going to have to stay on the shelves at Lowes, I've got my carpet back, thank you Fibercare. Not only will I use their services again and again, but they are coming back to do the kitchen tile, I can't wait! | Thanks, Fibercare has been doing my carpets for 10 years. The first difference I noticed is that this company places our furniture on supports. The carpet moisture never reaches the furniture. The cleaning team does one section of the home and places circulation fans in the area as they move on to another section of the home. Pet stains are located with some sort of "infrared or blacklight". The team will advise you on your pet odors as they work. The odors are not covered up, the odors are removed. Fibercare has also cleaned the upholstery of my furniture. The team is extremely knowledgeable about fabrics and the different types of carpet. If you are interested in replacing your carpet, ask these guys their opinion of the different types of carpet in the style you desire. They will advise you on potential cleaning problems and potential life of each carpet sample you like. These guys are 110% professional. They take pride in their work. We got acquainted with the two of them when they were doing work for a neighbor. We never called anyone else after the first job they did for us. They are extremely knowledgeable about everything they do. Not only are they great at what they do, but they are two great individuals. | We've used FiberCare for carpet cleaning in our home for a number of years. But recently we discovered how good they are at water extraction. We had a supply line burst underneath the sink in our bathroom. Water quickly flooded the bathroom and went under the walls into our living room and music room. FiberCare responded quickly (within 1 hour of our call) and began extracting the water from our living room carpet and the parque flooring in our music room. Once the water was removed, they placed drying fans in all of the affected areas. They came out each day to check humidity levels and make sure the walls/carpet were drying out. I'm certain that their professional work saved the carpets and flooring from further damage. « Hide |

| I am a repeat customer and I highly recommend FiberCare. Emilio & Guillermo have consistently provided me with the best carpet and upholstery cleaning service. I could not believe my eyes. The result was far better than my expectation. I have light colored carpeting and small children. We have experienced all the usual spills from popsicles to spaghetti. When they are finished cleaning, my carpets look and smell new again. I would not believe it if I did not see it with my own eyes. | Over 15 years have used the services of two or three carpet cleaners. Satisfied with cleaning for a few weeks and then the ugly gray areas reappearred. | Emilio and Guillermo are the best carpet cleaners I have ever had. They are customer oriented and will not leave your home until your completely satisfied. I appreciate the free bottle of carpet stain remover with each visit which is much better than commercial brands. Emilio and Guillermo will explain exactly their superior method of steam cleaning. My carpet stays cleaner much longer. I don't plan to ever move from El Paso, but if I did, I would want to take Emilio and Guillermo along.. All the best, JJ « Hide |

| I give FiberCare a 5* rating in every respect. My carpet had been stained very badly a few years ago. Numerous cleaners and another carpet cleaning service could not remove these stains, and told me it was impossible. Emilio came out and in just a few minutes demonstrated how he could remove them. I was astonished and immediately asked for his service. All the stains are out permanently, and my carpet looks as good as the day it was installed! Emilio also gave me very helpful instructions on maintaining my tile floors. I have dealt with many carpet cleaning services over the years, bvut never have I had such professional service by such knowledgeable people with outstanding results! | Memo and Emilio are simply the best!! There is no comparison to ANY other company. They have taken out RED dye, coffee stains, dog and cat accident stains - THE WORKS! Not only that, they know everything there is to know about the stains so that they are acctually removed COMPLETELY. These guys have been around since our children were born and making messes, and we'll keep calling them. Their top-of-the- line work and professionalism is what our kids need and deserve. « Hide |
