This gym (or anti-gym might be more accurate) is the best thing going. Not only does the program change you physically, it changes you mentally. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and truly demonstrate a lead by example mindset. It is obvious they have a passion for helping people attain their goals. I'ma believer!! « Hide

I am fairly new to working out and gyms usually intimidate me, but after visiting Crossfit OKC I feel differently. The trainers there are very professional and the classes are super fun. You hardly ever do the same thing and it's challenging. Overall it was a totally different gym experience than I have ever had. « Hide
