| I used this place all through grad school for all my printing. It was always so easy to run in hand them a copy of the file and walk out with everything I needed. Not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about. Sounds like ex employees who got fired! If you read them they are both from the same person and both a guy who admits to lying about who he is. Every person I have dealt with over the past 4 years has been helpful and nice to deal with. That and it sure beats driving to the chain store which is 15 min away. « Hide |

| I am the employee Joan is talking about (Tony (my gf posts as Sara on my account)). When the owner walked away a sec Joan told me she was going to cancel her rental units because she was disgusted with him. Later I told that to the very nice and professional manager, Dale, and she relayed the message to the owner. I thought he would digest the information and realize that he might have been in the wrong, but he came back in later and spent 10 more minutes screaming at me and saying that I cost him lots of money because my error, if you want to call it that, made him have to yell at me in front of customers. What he did to me was more than yell, he degraded me and both of the women in line told me their utter disgust for anyone who treats another human like that. I will say that the owner is a penny pincher and pays most of the student employees there dirt wages while expecting them to run two businesses while under-staffed at times. He does make sure everyone that works for him is intelligent, so when we were not swamped we really did do professional work very fast. I hope that he works through his anger and power issues, and if he does he will probably keep employees longer than a month (I was there shorter than that and he expected the world from me while paying me poorly and treating me worse). If he can manage to hang on to good employees, that business, under Dale's leadership could probably become one of the most professional and efficient of its kind in the DeKalb area. « Hide |

| I went in there the other day and was barely in line 2 minutes when the owner came up and started treating the nice employee there like worthless dirt. The employee was getting the woman ahead of me started on a storage contract and the owner told him to "just get her started" and then help me. So the employee was just filling out the price field on the contract so the woman could start signing the pages. Apparently the owner wanted him to just hand the woman a blank contract and have her sign with no price agreement and because the logical employee thought "getting someone started" at least involved including the price on the contract, the owner acted completely inappropriate. I mean he was down right evil to this young man. Do man-kind a favor and do not help this evil man make any money off you. He deserves to starve in the streets in his dying years for treating another human being as badly as he treated that young man, for doing what anyone else would have considered common sense and legally ethical. « Hide |
