- Sep 16, 2010 Absolutely Awful We purchased a used car here and when the transmission went out we asked them to help us in anyway, even if it meant loaning us a cheap car while they worked on it. They offered us absolutely no help, no suggestions, no sympathy, and the person on the phone treated us awfully. We ended up having to drive to Goddard, and our car broke down on the side of the road. If you need your car serviced, try Goddard or Wichita. I wouldn't trust them.
- Jul 15, 2009 Don't buy a car from anyone else!!!!! These guys were great to work with. It was a very fast deal! Do not waste an entire day of your hard earned weekend trying to buy a car from Rusty Eck. Go to Lubbers in Cheney, Kansas. There was no pressure and the process was explained thoroughly, something I have never had at the other dealerships I have tried in Wichita. Great customer service!!!!
