- a week ago Great place to buy a car and great place to get service done. Everyone we have ever dealt with at Lubbers has been courteous and knowledgable. We will always buy from them
- a week ago My husband and I were looking at used vehicles here and were told they had received a vehicle we were interested in from a local family and it had one owner and had been well taken care of. As we were test driving it we found the auction ticket for this car. We have also gone in for an oil change and told our car took more oil than what it takes. When my husband questioned them, they said the owner's manual has been incorrect for years. By the way, we have also changed the oil ourselves and know how much it takes. This dealership is very dishonest!!!
- 3 months ago Pet Peave For The Day.. Driving all the way to Lubbers in Cheney to get your free oil change, and being told there would be a two and a half hour wait, when I was led to believe at the time of the sale that (while you wait, was referring to 30 minutes to an hour.) Sorry, That time frame was not in my plans. I asked them to please check the nitrogen in my tires. (my low tire pressure warning light came on, (on the way out), Took them 5 minutes to find a tire gauge. Had to remind them twice it was nitrogen, not air. After, thanked the mechanic, went to the salesman, and told him he didn't have to worry about selling us another vehicle, I was going back to Mel Hambleton. Went to Mel Hambleton, was in and out in ...

- a year ago Absolutely Awful We purchased a used car here and when the transmission went out we asked them to help us in anyway, even if it meant loaning us a cheap car while they worked on it. They offered us absolutely no help, no suggestions, no sympathy, and the person on the phone treated us awfully. We ended up having to drive to Goddard, and our car broke down on the side of the road. If you need your car serviced, try Goddard or Wichita. I wouldn't trust them.
