Google Maps offers different features in different countries:
All features of Google Maps are available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Leichtenstein, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the U.K., and the U.S. To determine if particular features are available in your country, please read the descriptions below.
Map Maker
Check out this page for a list of countries and regions that are editable in Google Map Maker.
Local Business Center
You can check if the Local Business Center is available for your country (allowing you to add verified business listings in that country to Google) by looking at the drop-down menu on the Local Business Center homepage. In countries where listings can't be added using the Local Business Center, you may be able to add these locations using Map Maker.
Community Edits
Different kinds of community edits are available in different countries. Countries where you may edit business listings will display an 'Edit' link in these listings. In some countries, you won't be able to edit business listings, but you can correct the location of the marker. Where this feature is available, you'll see an 'Edit' link in the info bubble for addresses, rather than in business listings.
